VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is the growing new way to make and receive phone calls. This section of our website is devoted to VoIP phones and VoIP-related items.

When we first started offering VoIP products a few short years ago, there were so few items, that we put this category under our OFFICE PHONES department. But now VoIP has become so important that we've made VoIP a department on its own.

VoIP is not so much a technology as a group of technologies and a whole new way to carry telephone traffic which uses the internet as the transmission medium. Benefits include cost reductions and features not previously possible with POTS (plain old telephone service) lines.
