Why would you want a T10h rather than a T10?

The plain T10 comes with a nice, convertible headset. However, it's your only choice of a headset. With the T10h, you can connect any of Plantronics' excellent H-series headsets, which can be found in the Call Center Headsets section of our site.

H-series headsets have superior sound quality and ruggedness; they are truly professional units.

Please remember that both the T10 and the T10h are analog, single-line products; you may be able to use them on a commercial phone system if it has analog extension support. They will not work when plugged into a digital extension port on a commercial phone system.
